INTRO:

It was a cold Tuesday morning and my Birthday Q, but the cure was 80’s music to the disappointment of many of the younger PAX who didn’t grow up in the awesome 80’s and lots of coupon work.  

WARM-O-RAMA:

THE THANG:

Had PAX collect sandbags and form a circle to do the Centurian Coupon Challenge.   I ran through the 6 different movements at 100 reps each for a total of 600 movements.  PAX were expected to complete the challenge in 35 minutes (roughly 3.5 secs per movement).  During BD, YHC played 80’s music for his Birthday Q  as a child of the 80’s to the bemoaning of certain PAX and delight of others.

Carried coupons back and moseyed back to the flag.

CIRCLE OF TRUST: 

Praying for Brad Pitt’s Brother-in-law as he moves into Hospice and for his family during this difficult help.  Prayers for Rubberneck’s M as they struggle with relationship issues with his wife’s parents and for healing with that relationship.
