THE THANG: Rifle Carried/Farmer Carried coupons to stairs in front of Lassiter HS. Performed DORA, 100 Diamond Merkins, 100 Squat Thrusts, 100 Flutter Kicks w/ coupon, 100 donkey kicks, 100 Carolina Dry Docks. One Pax performed exercise while the other ran up and down 4 flights of stairs. Rifle carried/farmer carried coupons back to their home.
