This is Q is brought to by Costco. Leaving Costco last month with a couple of bags of frozen chicken (breast and Wings) my rings forcing me to carry everything with one hand. Arriving at my car, I realized that, I was tired from the chicken farmers carry through the parking lot. We don’t work out to get better at working out. We work out so that we can serve our M’s, 2.0’s, and our community better. This experience turned into the workout for day 4 of my week of Q’s
Grab one of the abnormally big cinder blocks that live at The Vinyard in one hand and a frisbee (pain coin) in the other. We farmer carried down the road to the practice field. At every light pole, there were signs with 2 different exercises on them. Flip the coin, heads do the top exercise Tales do the bottom. We swapped carry hand and counted for 10 light poles. one the way back way just do the opposite exercises as before.
