Since I have an injured knee, the PAX was gracious enough to allow me to leading the workout while sitting in a lawn chair. I lead the cadence loudly through my bluetooth speaker while taking sips of coffee (of course the lawn chair has cup holders).
After a few laughs at the delay through the bluetooth speaker and marveling at the PAX being lead by a guy sitting in a lawn chair, I got out of the lawn chair and joined the group.

I would say what the exercise would be and then the group would select a card from the Fibonacci sequence. If a 1 was selected, there would be damage, 5 would reset the damage.

dips, curls, thrusters, damage was inflicted (exercises had to be performed backwards), backwards Jlows, backwards merkins which we turned into incline merkins, damage was replaced by another form of damage (everyone must insult the person to their right after each exercise.)
At this point we switched it up some and each person who drew a card had to select an exercise before selecting a card. Damage was replaced with doubling the reps. Kettle bell, wide merkin, damage was reset.
