Part 1 – campus tour
Brisk mosey to keep the PAX together, Q will make a call to circle up to stop for an exercise. All exercises were done in cadence with 10 reps. Exercises were: SSH, Hand Release Merkins, Flutter Kicks, Mike Tysons, Copperhead Squats, and Seal Jacks.

One we got started, we had to stop a few times for cars coming in. YHC called an audible and move this to the front of the school.
We moseyed back towards the flags.
With 45 seconds to spare we held a plank until time was called.
Rubber Ducky was six man.
