Warm-o-Rama:Rainy morning and about 50 degrees so the fart sack was enticing to all PAX I’m sure. Most of the pre-run PAX we’re in but the 6 had 2 PAX running late. Started the mosey to get some distance in and wrap around to pick up the 6.

The Thang:Mosey from Booth Elem down to the cinder block stash(I like to call them pain blocks), all PAX grab 1, hold over head and follow YHC to retention wall in front of Booth Elem.
Start with explanation with white dry erase board to assist clarity. We will do 15 wall dips, then run down stairs, bear crawl while hugging retention wall up to sidewalk and start the exercices. Do 1st exercise, then 15 wall dips again, down stairs , bear crawl again to top, do 1st exercise again, then second exercise , then 15 wall dips, then add the third exercise and so on.

Got a fair amount of hate speech, very little mumble chatter. We all were feeling the suck. At one point Foosball said I have channeled my inner Geek Squad(known for some suck BDs). I took that as a compliment as most would.
For time sake, and realizing the pure agony we all were in with the 10 man makers every round, I told PAX who reached the Coupon Curls to drop the Man Makers that round, then drop Man Makers and Plank Jacks when you reach the Gas Pumps round. Brad Pitt again does not dissapoint as he stayed ahead of the pack.
Arrived about 2 minutes early to the flag, I think I called Box Cutters. I know it was on our 6 and I believe Brady Bunch wasn’t happy he was about to get wet in the rain soaked grass.

Naked Man Moleskin:I did not want to Q this one mostly because of the weather. When you make a commitment and we all take showing up for the PAX next to you seriously, it feels good, and we all get stronger because of it.
