Standard aka Pre- run by several PAX at 0500. Approx. 2.5 miles.
We then got started with the full crew.
Warm, Humid and Damp. Followed QIC name of COUCH POTATO. Each letter required 53 reps of designated exercise because the QIC is 53 yrs. young. A lap was run around the tennis court next door between each letter/ exercise.
C- Lunges, O- Burpees, U- pull ups, C- Dri docks, H- Monkey Humpers, — P- Pows/ no surrenders, O- outlaws, T- rachet squats, A- v ups, T- dips, O- big boys. Some modified reps to metric, so 33 reps rather than 53 were completed. Several pax made it to the last excercise of Big Boys as time expired. Lots of reps and lots of running= lots of awesome.
