After grabbing the blocks (2 per person) from our pile we moseyed to the lower lot then circled up for some IC Weed Pickers, Wind Mills, Arm Circles (Yes, IC), and Phelps.
We started at the crosswalk with 10 Merkins, 10 Squats, and 10 Big Boy Sit-ups. Once done you started your first set of Farmers Carry around the BIG loop. If the block had to be placed on the ground, you ran the lap back to your block, stopping at the crosswalk to knock out another 10 of each exercise. Once you made it back to the crosswalk WITH the blocks you dropped the reps to 8 each then did another round. We continued until we made it to 0 reps. Some were able to start working their way back up the ladder because they are studs. We eventually called the group in, did some colt 45 ring of fire then took the blocks back and headed to the flag. Knocked out a little Marry then that was the day.
Nothing new, maybe pray for the bat population?
Super Dave & Wall-E must have crushed FFA back in high school because they didn’t have to set the block down during a lap once. Good job fellas.
