WARMUP: SSH, WindMills and some Yoga

B) rounds of 10 reps of Donkey Kicks and FlutterKicks
C) BLAMS: repeats of 15 Burpees, 15 (L+R=1) Lunges, 15 (L+R=1) AmericanHammers, 30 Merkins, 30 Squats – then run around the grassy tree section.
BabyFace: at some point in the past 6+ years has become grumpier than normal. I was happy however that this time that I Qed he did not injure his back.
Legionnaire: with his iron grip on The Kodiak and advance age manages still to motivate others thru his perfect form as well as his never failing coffee supply.
Dory: the happiest and most powerfully positive man around is a blessing to be with any day any time!
C4: is a music hatter but the hardest worker ever.
Cricket: present with his watch controlled AED unit managed to show off his perfect and fastest duck walk. He was only allowed to accumulate 3 droplets of sweat on this morning’s exertion.
Hollywood: I can’t say much about him because last time he kicked me square in the butt and I flew about three feet off the ground (that was about 50 years ago – I learned my lesson).
The goals for this morning were attained:
– hard old school workout
– keep running under 1 mile
– motivate everyone to work hard
– stay grouped together
– encourage some slight bantering
