THE THANG: Mozy to playground. 5 pull ups, squats, merkins. Then 6 each, 7 each, etc… to 10. Then jog to pavilion w/nice crappers for 20 dips and 30 LBCs. Jog back to playground for 5 pull ups, squats, merkins, then 4, then 3, etc….to 1. Jog to pavilion for dip and LBCs again. Jog back near flag for Adora.
100 jump squats while partner bear crawls 10 yards n jogs back.
150 leg raises, Bernie sanders 20 yards n jog back
200 merkins, same modality of travel
