WARMUP: Ran
THE THANG: Red, White, Blue. Piss Poor instructions by the Q, but we got through it. We ran 3.5 miles, did some pushups, did some sit ups, did some squat jumps. Lawdog bitched a little bit about me calling an audible. He also skipped out on Big Blue and thought I didn’t notice, but is anyone really surprised. C4 was his usual cranky self, but brought some valuable information about running with a new pup. Hombre got lost and then had to take a shit. Welcome back Floppy, what a day to come back. Bronco continues his streak of never ending optimism and was nothing but sunshine and rainbows. Fat Lexi wasn’t there, but regular Lexi was. Ranger and Murphy had to put up with the new Sheriff in town.
