WARMUP: SSH, WP, HBW, Spider-Man merkins, sun gods, M Phelps

THE THANG:
First, Bataan Death Crawl: PAX began an indigenous peoples run around the soccer field. The 6 sprinted to the soccer goal for 7burpees before returning to the front of the line to change the mode of transportation, until all PAX had a chance to show how good they are at burpees under a soccer goal. Modes of transportation included zombie walkers, lunge, mosey, bear crawl, crab walk, side hops, grape vine, inch worm

Next, the PAX began at the top of the grass hill, bear crawling diagonally to the bottom, then zombie walked to the far basketball court, for 20 Bobby Hurleys facing the net. The PAX then inch worm merkined to the other side of the court for 10 Foxholes. They returned to the top of the hill in the same fashion they came, for a single No Mercy Merkin. Rinse and Repeat until time. Everyone enjoyed it
