Short mosey from the top parking lot to the lower parking lot…wait…too dark…people are stumbling…reverse course… back to the lighted area in the top parking lot. Normal warmup exercises consisting of:
-SSH, weedpickers, tumbleweeds, imperial walkers, sun gods, michael phelps

-body should be warm now!
YHC brought 6 cinder blocks and 2 sandbags (80 lb’er and 60 lb’er) and made a circle for the PAX. Q would call out exercise, PAX would do 5 reps of exercise with the block/bag in front of them. Then PAX rotated clockwise to the next block/bag and do another 5 reps. This continued until the PAX rotated back to their starting position. This meant the PAX did 40 reps for each exercise:
PAX took the sandbags to the baseball field for a few sandbag toss races. Pax divided up into 2 teams for the following activites:
-sandbag toss race (alternating throws for team members) from home plate to second base and back to home plate
-losing team did 5 burpees
-sandbag toss race from home plate down 1st base line to the outfield fence (for team 1) and home plate down 3rd base line to outfield fence (for team 2)
-losing team did 8 burpees
-rinse and repeat until arms and shoulders became jello
-Back to the flag for 4 mins of Mary
**Rocked out to 80’s hard rock tunes the whole time!
Naked Man Moleskin…
YHC really enjoys the Stoneclad crew and workouts and looks forward to this AO weekly. So many good Q’s there are able to always work the body well and achieve a high heart rate while being a 0.0 (or close to 0.0!). YHC hopes that we achieved that today. COT consisted of prayers for Sharapova and family, teacher/parents/kids going back to school, and college kids moving into (or back into) college dorms/apartments very soon.
YHC also enjoyed the extended coffeteria today as the topics ranged from food to new restaurants to 401k’s and mortgages (bunch of dad convos!). It was just another good day at the Clad with good dudes and good times.
