Another crazy-early Monday morning arrived at the Vineyard. Not a whole lot of talking pre-beatdown but the Vineyard men will get it done and get it done right. Truth be told we eat Mondays for breakfast when all is said and done, and so it was.

Here’s how it went down.

Warm-o-rama
A dozen imperial walkers, side straddle hops, half dozen weed pickers, sun gods, michael phelps

Appetizer
Mosey forward 2 light poles, backpedal (bernie sanders) 1 light pole and do 5 burpees. Air chair on the 6 and then proceed onward in this fashion.
Total burpees: approx 50

Main Course
11s with blocks: man-makers + 2-count bonnie blairs. On the far end was burpee jail where one poor sap had to do burpees until he could post the bail ala winning rock-paper-scissors from the next guy running up.
I have to admit I think burpee jail is pretty funny, especially with all the chatter that gets going about doing hard time, justice being served, sucking at rock-paper-scissors, and what have you.

Dessert
About 2 minutes of mary, which turned out to be just squats and monkey humpers. Buncha weirdos.
