Shortest mosey of all time possibly. Maybe 30 yards from the flag to the front of the football ticket booth. Still nursing a knee injury so being cautious. 26 exercises, done tabata style, with some 80’s rock as motivation. Each exercise was done AMRAP for 1:10 with a 20 second rest in between to catch your breath and get the next exercise. Exercises are shown in the BB picture. This may have been the sweatiest workout I’ve had in F3. Lexi suggested this should be the OPEN workout, and I thought that was a great idea. So fill up that Q sheet fellas.
Great to see two new guys to the Vineyard, Shrinkage and TimeSlot. Great guys and hope to see them more often.
After the workout, I was given the flag and site Q responsibilities for the Vineyard. Looking forward to it and hope to be a good successor to Mouth2Mouth.
