Warmo rama,   then Pax did combinations of Man makers, Toe taps, Big Boys, Rows, Merkin pull throughs, Mtn. Climbers, Freddie Mercury, Imp. Walkers, Squats, Mike Tysons, Flutter kicks, Gas pumps, Dead Roach-  7 reps at bottom of lot. Rifle Carry Sandbag to top of lot and do 11 reps. Return trip Zercher carry or Shoulder carry.

Pax then lined up and did an Indian run with sandbags- rifle carry when running to the front.  Circled up for some Mary reps to close it out.
