WARMUP: ran to the FB field and did a few IC exercises that had a “W” just for fun
THE THANG: we made our way down the FB field a few times with different modes of transportation & exercises.
1st rnd- bear crawls & squats
2nd rnd- walking lunges & merkins
3rd rnd- running & mountain climbers.
we also threw in some suitcase carries to the 42 yd line (& back) each round for some fun
