Move to Station 4 with sandbag

10 rows with sandbag
Max staggered push ups with sandbag
10 American hammers with sandbag
Move to Station 1

Rinse and repeat

With about 12 minutes left Q instructed PAX to line up to throw sandbag  until you reach Canoes truck and come back
