First time Q’ing at the Slab. Started with a warm-o-rama in a quiet fashion because one of the home keeps their windows open I learned. Tried to keep a fast pace the entire time to keep everyone moving.
Did an Indian Run to the first culdesac. Ring of Fire w/ Plank Jacks and Star Jumps. Went to the next culdesac for another Ring of Fire – Shoulder Taps w/ Smurf Jacks. Run up the hill to the tennis courts and did Dora for the remainder of the time – 50 Mike Tysons, 100 Imp Walkers, 150 Squats, 200 Mountain Climbers and 2 Planks. Yes 2 planks – 1 Pax planks while the other ran up the stairs and completed their burpees. Finished up with some Mary.
