Gumba (Copper’s 2.0) also attended and to be honest, kicked major butt. Copper should put an off-switch on the little guy, or stop feeding him fro-yo.
Farm Country asked to put YHC on the Q sheet a month ago and this date has been on the calendar for a long time. YHC loves seeing the 2.0’s working hard and sharing in some early morning gloom so, of course it’ll be 2.0 friendly.
Mosey around the track, 5 durkins at each bench on the way too the football field. Gumba modified to aggressive pickle pounders.
SSH, Copperhead sets, and Phelpses’ to loosen up the arms. Lightning stood by YHC during the Warm-o like he had a clue as to what the workout would be. Ha, papa has tricks up his sleeve.
25 Merkins, 50 Squats, 75 Mtn Climbers, 100 SSH. Bear-Crawl to each yard-marker. Descend previous exercises when making your way back to the goal line (or the Zero line as Exile once called it… never forget)
2.0’s ran the foul lines. When they got to parent PAX they would ‘take-off’ 5 exercises from parent. Mostly, they ran around, sat the benches, sang Disney songs, dusted off “turf turds” and did cartwheels on the field.
Had extra time so whole PAX did 11’s- Burpees and Big boys
Finish with a game of F3 skee-ball; 2.0 PAX slugged a baseball up the “Arena”. Each level had a different exercise assigned to it.
Mosey back to the flag for COT, Coffee, doughnuts, and Tang (astronauts drink it so it’s super cool)
COT; Canoe (Respect) leaving for his Missouri river trip. Dump Truck talked about his family’s past and prayed for his brothers recovery and the road ahead. We named Cartwheel.
Moleskin; love seeing the 2.0’s come out to a beatdown. Lightning talked about how much fun he had and how great it was to hang-out with the other 2.0’s. Thanks to all that came out and made some great memories. SYITG
