Today was a tribute to Eddie Van Halen. Based off their album 1984, we strived to reach 1984 reps.
20 exercises. 100 reps each of Chest Press with coupon, Shoulder Press with coupon, Curls with coupon and one arm row with coupon. 99 reps of the remaining 16 exercises: Merkins, incline merkins, squats, calf raises, monkey humpers, Bobby Hurleys, LBCs, American Hammers, hello dolly, reverse crunch, mountain climbers, rocky balboas, dips, side straddle hops, imperial walkers and flutter kicks.
Pax could do the exercises in any order and any quantity they wanted, as long as they hit the 99 or 100 mark. I was probably too ambitious with this as no one finished all the reps. Must have been some residuals from Iron Pax and the crazy times/reps that we saw.
