WARMUP: a short mosey around the parking lot followed by a decent amount of stretching
THE THANG: Kettle Ball set the pace today. Pax took turns doing 50 kettle ball swings. The rest did 1 exercise drawn for my bag of little wooden blocks. We made it around 2.5 times. Thats 17 or 18 different sets of whatever we pulled out.
