6 Stations were set. 5 along the base of the amphitheater and one at the top of the stairs. Complete an exercise at the base and then head up the stairs to complete the exercise at the top(5 Burpees). 5 exercises at the base: 20 merkins, 30 squats, 40 single count flutter kicks, 40 Freddie Mercury, 20 big boi. AMRAP. We completed 2 rotations which equated to 50 Burpees, 10 loops on the stairs, along with 2 sets of the 5 exercises.
Sprints, Stretching(leg lifts), then back to the flag for nameorama, COT and coffeeteria.
