Using part of the great F3 workout card deck, each pax drew a card and the entire group complied with the exercise being called out. During the first round of drawing cards from the deck, Ace cards were set at 50 count exercises, high cards were set at 20 count, low cards were set at the card number plus 10 count, and the joker (wild) cards were pax choice of exercise and the count. The second round, Ace cards were 40 count and high cards were 15 count. The third round, Ace cards were 30 count, high cards were 15 count, and low cards were 10 count only.
Exercises were (in no particular order):
Arm circles, Shoulder tap, Plank jack, Freddie Mercury, SSH, High knee, Merkin, Flutter kick, Squat, Wide-arm merkin, Calf raise, Alternating side squat, Dip, Monkey humper, and Mtn. climber
Jokers = Burpees, Pickle pounders, Crunchy frogs, Squat jumps, Long jumps
