-We moved WoodstockRucks to BlanketsCreek this week to do a little rucking in the woods.  We did 3.56 miles and cheered on the half-marathoners a few times.

-This was Barbosa’s first time rucking as he has jumped completely into F3 in his first week with multiple beatdowns, a large 3rd F event, and intro to rucking.  Keep working hard and, yes, the soreness does get a little easier to bear!

-COT included prayers for families to stay strong as the enemy would prefer to break us all apart at this time.  Being a leader at home is the toughest place as the family knows you best and often is the place where we do not give our best.  However leading well at home is one of the most rewarding and beneficial goals for our lives.  Stay strong men and hold each other accountable!
