The Woodshed is a great place for mumble-chatter. So to maximize that we did a TABATA style 0.0 beatdown. 6 exercises for 45 seconds each with 15 second breaks. After selecting coupons from the store the six members of the Woodshed got after it. We got through 7+ rounds. Here are the exercises:
