Today we had a few guests come over from BD The League for some awesome Ultimate Frisbee.

WOR

We started of by running around the nearest tennis court going from high knees, to lunges, then to Bernie Sanders. After that we ran down to the field and split up the teams.

The Thang

We had a great time playing and definitly felt all the running. Once we hit time, we mozzeyed back to the flag.
