Rucked down to the Mill, carrying (2) fifty pound sandbags. Once we reached the Mill, we circled up and did 2 sets of reps with the sandbags, curls, overhead press, and bentover rows, ending with 2 sets of pick your poison; then rucked back to the gazebo.
