WARMUP: Jog up things, jog down things, jog to and fro
THE THANG: split up into 3 teams. Each team was given a stack of paper. Each paper had points assigned, a location to run to and then two exercises to complete at that location. Once exercises are done, entire team runs back to the stage for the next sheet. Points went 10,15, 20,25,30, and 50. Exercise reps were the same as the points, 10 merkins and 10 Carolina dry docks, 15 Mike Tyson 15 Mtn Climbers, 20 squats 20 Bonnie Blairs, 25 LBC 25 Monkey Humpers, 30 hand release merkins 30 over head claps, 50 SSH 50 Good Mornings.
