WARMUP: Jog, SSH, Weedpicker, Phelps, Sun gods, copperheads squats
THE THANG: WAR. Split the pax into two teams. Deck of cards dealt one card at a time to each team. Each suit has an assigned exercise, the number or face determines how many reps are done.
Each team flips over 1 card to WAR. Highest card wins. Winning team does losers card and losing team does both the cards. If each teams flips over the same numerical card then it’s WAR. Each team places 3 cards face down and then flips over the 4th card. Highest 4th card wins. Winner does the losers cards, loser does all the cards (10 total)
