THE THANG: Man Makers with laps
Simple is always best… So I kept it simple-ish. We did a set of man makers consisting of 3 Merkins, 3 Carolina Dry Docks, 3 Big Boys and 3 Jump squats, those all consecutively equaled 1 rep. We started with 5 reps then a short lap. Next round was 10 reps with a lap, then went to 15 and eventually 20.

I was unusually unenthusiastic which was quickly called out by Misty who compared me to Mr Mackey… There was no music and very little mumble chatter on account of all the counting everyone was doing to keep track of their reps.

We finished with a quick Indian Run which was celebrated by all because of the change in pace in an other wise boring BD.
