Take the sacks to the other side of the fence, yes with your head lamp if you choose to wear it today. Circle up for IC SSH, Copperhead Squats, & Wind Mills
At each post, I placed a cone with an exercise on it. When you arrive at a post do the prescribed exercise for whichever mile marker you are at. So at the .25 marker, you do 25 of that exercise. At the 1.00 mile marker, you do 100 of said exercise. When you are done with the exercise run back to the bags at the starting area, perform 5 over the shoulders (Kodiak) and 5 Burpees. Then run to another post of your choosing. You can run WHATEVER path you want to get to the posts, I suggest straight lines.
2 side notes:
- If more than 2 people arrive at a post everyone does 5 burpees
- At the START/FINISH post, do 2x the reps of your last post. If it is your 1st post, do 100 reps.
(Exercises for those curious or those who didn’t make it to them all, which was everyone:
25 Pull-ups / 50 Lunges (Kodiak) / 75 Jump Squats / 100 Big Boys / 125 Merkin / Start-Finish Squats)
