THE THANG: Went to the trails and Bo Peep immediately rolled his ankle 🤦🏻‍♂️ We modified to a deck of pain War game. High card gets to pick an exercise and low card gets burpees/wheelbarrows. Finish with merkins the last 10 min – circle up around deck and do the same number of merkins as the card we draw. J, Q, K are worth 11, Ace is 13 and Joker is 20. We did 196.
