WARMUP: We stretched
THE THANG: Jog to the fire station, 3 sets of 10 merkins, 15 squats, 20 overhead claps, 20 SSH. Jogged across the street to the church parking lot for Adora- 100 push-ups and 150 merkins, partner jogged length of parking lot. Then jogged to the green by Reformation for a little bit of 11’s consisting of burpees and Mike Tyson with sommersaults and cartwheels in between, but strangely everyone exercises their right to modify as needed on the sommersaults and cartwheels. Made it to the 3 count on that then back to the flag.
