WARMUP: mosey out the access road, SSH, burpees, weed pickers, burpees, lunges, burpees
THE THANG: swing around pink and back up to yellow to the bars, pull-ups and burpees, over to blue via yellow and back around to the lot, sprints up the other road, out and back via yellow
We stopped and did burpees at trailheads, landmarks and whenever Lawdog complained
