The Monday Morning S.H.I.T.S

The beatdown commence with a light mosey to the new activity center where we warmed up with Side Straddle Hops, Weed Pickers, Windw Mills and Sun Gods OYO.

PAX paired up into 3 teams of 2. The beatdown consisted of 5 different exercises starting and 100 and adding 100 more each time. While one partner did the exercise, the other ran down the parking lot to a port-o-poty and back. After completing their lap, the PAX would switch off with their partner picking up where they left off in the count.  The exercises were as follows:

Squat jumps – 100

Hand release merkens – 200

Imperial Walkers – 300

Toe Touches – 400

Side Straddle Hops – 500

At approximately 6:12 we made our way back to the flag with 30 seconds left to knock out some flutter kicks.
