After a run around barn number 2 to the pink trail and up white around the field to primary barn with a few warm up stops the Pax were introduced to the LawDog.

30 lunges run the pink Lollipop. 30 lunges, 20 American Hammers, run the pink lollipop, 30 lunges, 20 American Hammers and 10 Walmart burpees run the pink lollipop.

Mosey down white to orange to red to show the next lollipop to yellow to pull-up bars for 3 Dubya’s, 10 outlaws both ways, and 30 Gorilla humpers the take a lap around the lollipop. 2 rounds of this then all you got back to the flag from white trail.
