THE THANG: 10 disks placed along the 1/5 mile inner circle , underneath 4 cards 1 of each suit; all together run to disk pick a card do exercise , run back to benches for 2 box jumps, and run to next disk on path.
Diamonds 5 burpees; hearts 10 merkins; club 15 big boys; spades 20 squats

Bomb Squad: 1 person starts with dodgeball has 30 seconds to hit someone or tag someone; who ever they get now owns the ball, if they catch a throw the thrower remains possession. After 30 seconds who ever has ball is out. Closest person picks up ball for next round till last pax standing. When out do jump rope until next person out. Then they do jump rope and other person does step ups
