This morning’s BD is so titled because the PAX not only enjoyed an intense workout routine, but they were also — unwittingly and unwilling — slowly immersed into the tenets of cults. By the end, the PAX loved it and hated it. In fact, they loved to hate it.

 

Warm-o-Rama

  • Mosey to track.
  • SS Hops. Squats. Imperial Walkers. Merkins. Mt. Climbers. Plank Jacks. (All 10 reps.)

The Thang

  • Lap 1: 5 Burpees at every gate. 10 Pull-ups at end. Exercise on Six before starting next lap.
  • Lap 2: 5 Burpees + 10 Squats at every gate. 10 Pull-ups at end. Exercise on Six.
  • Crab Walk or Lunge to Concession Stand in middle of track & Back.
  • Mosey to flag. (There was a 10 burpee penalty for not getting back to the flag on time.)
