I just want to take a moment to thank each of you for being part of #bd-the-brickyard and allowing 8 Bit and me the opportunity to lead you over the past year. Thank you to each of you for coming out week after week, and more importantly stepping up to Q from time to time. It has been a pleasure getting to see each of you every Tuesday. I hope you all continue to come out to support Lt. Dan and see the changes he makes to grow this awesome AO. In fact I am sure he would love for each of you to go sign up for a Q right now. Thank you to Westside for agreeing to be a Quarter ruck Q and to Bonilla for half heartedly agreeing. Lt. Dan is still waiting for your full hearted agreement. You know you’ll both better if you do. 😀 I look forward to seeing each and every one of you next week at the Brickyard for @Mater’s Monthly 5K route!

Our route was a Brickyard classic.  Down Waleska, Left on Railroad St., Right on to Marietta St, Left on Dr. John Pettit, right up the Cherokee St. Hill, around the rehab center, right on Jeannette St, left on Main back to the Gazebo. Since this loop is only a 5k, the Pax were given the option to run any version of the loop for the second lap depending on their insurance and speed. YHC choose to grab a ruck and join up with the ruckers.
