WARMUP:

– Side straddle hop

THE THANG:

Start with bag check – failure to meet leads to 20 burpees with rucks on

Split into 2 teams
Run the first competition
– pax will line up with their team. They’ll run full length of the green on amphitheater. Drop their rucks off and run back. Once they return the next pax goes. After all the rucks have been dropped they will go again to pick up and return the rucks.

Losers will carry 1 tomb stone and 80lbs sandbag
Winners will carry one tomb stone
Everyone else will carry sandbags

We ruck roughly 2-2.5 miles to second location
Second competition
– speed run -> two pax will compete by running a loop in opposite directions. First to return will win

Losers take the 80 lbs sandbag
Ruck back
