WARMUP: .5mile mozy, few body movements, .5mile mozy back to the flag
THE THANG: 20 merkins by the flag, mozy to the playground for 20 merkins and 10 pull ups. Mozy back to the flag, grabbed a coupon for 3 rounds of 25 bicep curls by the flag and 20 merkins at the playground. Then mozy to the far pavilion for 20 dips 15 merkins, then 15 dips 10 dips, and 10 dips 5 merkins. Mozy back to the flag, get a coupon for 20 overhead press and 10 merkins, repeat for 5minutes. Head back down to the playground. Two PAX did not abide by the dress code so all PAX did and extra 10 burpees and 10 pull ups. Back to the flag for 5 merkins, 5 Mike Tysons, 5 squats and plank till time.
