It was cold. Not Omaha cold, but cold.

We started with some Warm-o-Rama. SSH’s, Mountain Climbers, Imperial Walkers, Weedpickers. The usual.

The Thang was B.O.M.B.S.  to an Eagles playlist. Classic.

We partnered up, and one partner ran to the other end of the parking lot and did 10 SSH’s. Four count, of course.

The other partner worked on the exercise list. Then they swapped.

We ended with some Mary and the COT. We prayed for Bailbond’s friend Russell and Doughboy’s grandfather. The PAX were encouraged to reach out to someone who hasn’t shown up in a while. Need to pick up the six.
