Warm-o-rama – SS hops, Merkins, Squats
Steps – Step run to each landing, back to base, 5 burpee’s at the top of the steps, run to base, then run up stairs down to each landing on oposite side to the bottom. The last run was from base of stairs, up and around to opposite side.
11’s – Merkins / Big Boys, running between
