On 1/3/22 YHC had the Q @ The Hurt Locker. We ran the 1.5 mile to the Safari AO, worked out for 15 mins, and ran the 1.5 miles back to The Hurt Locker. On the run back I mentioned I would Q @ Safari soon and do the same thing but in reverse. Hopper said, “sounds like Super Daveja-Vu to me.”
Today I did just that. We ran the 1.5 miles from Safari to The Hurt Locker AO for a quick workout. We partnered up for some Bear Crawl Mary. While one PAX bear crawled around the round-a-bout the other did 100x each SSH, squats, flutterkicks, and merkins. When PAX one completed the bear crawl circuit they switch positions and continued.
With approx 15 mins left, we departed The Hurt Locker and ran the 1.5 miles back to Safari.
Finished up by the flag with some YHC led burpees.
