WARMUP:
Got the shoulders and quads warmed up for some lifting.

THE THANG:
A CrossFit-inspired workout to turn those Thanksgiving calories into gains and remind us why seconds (and thirds) are always a good choice. Also the PAX seemed a little disappointed that the toys provided and suggestive exercise names ended up translating into, “lift heavy shit over your head”

WOD (Workout of the Day…because that’s what Crossfitters call it):
10 reps per movement, and then descend by by 1 rep each round:

20# Wall Balls
35# KB Swings
65# Snatch
Shoulder Taps
Merkins
Big Boy Sit-Ups (BBS)
53# KB Squats
Run a loop in between each set
