11s: Inchworm Merkins & Squats w/ 10 yard Bear Crawl and Crawl Bear to travel.

Mosey back to playground.

10-20: 10 pull-ups – mosey to flag – 20 squats. Mosey back down to playground for next set of pull-ups. Decrease by 1-2 until down to 1 pull-up & 2 squats.

Climax: 45 secs of burpees because PAX were missing flag at last week’s Clinch VQ but did not perform requisite burpees for punishment.
