Alas, Sooorie returned home to Murph City to bring gainz to his fellow HIM’s after the brutal annual Murph.

It was fortold that no quarter would be given to those who failed to prepare.  Vests-weights- sandbags and stones.

If the PAX had a sub 40 min un weighted time, they were challenged to use a Ruck/vest.  Gentle mosey, roughly 1/2 mile before warm up.

The normal ensued, Mission, principles, Side straddle hops, the good stuff.

After- the PAX was asked to grab stone coupons, in which they were promised to not have to use them to run, but rather to lift.  Heavy was the weight.
Sooorie then lied, and has them mosey about 1/2 mile to the cones.  In his defense, that wasn’t planned, but gainz are not given, they are earned.

A nasty little Dora (weighted).  25 bend overs 25 Push press- mosey to the playground, where 2 rounds of 5/10/15 Pull ups, push-ups and squats underweight, and repeat.  Roughly 3 rounds were completed.

As promised, 3 rounds of sprints with 5 merkins at the halfway point to burn some time.

After the gear was collected, COT, prayers and the passing of the torch to COCO as he steps into leadership for the Murph City months before the birth of his 3rd child.
