WARMUP: A quick mosie to follow the tardy Baby Ruth around the parking lot then down the stairs for some SSH, Imperial Walkers, and suns/phelps.

THE THANG: Today we focused on pushing the earth. Started with 3 laps of running up and down the stairs, with 20 merkins at the end of each lap. We did a nice lunge break up the back hill with 15 merkins at each lamp post. Ended with 11s, merkins at both ends. At some point the PAX attempted a mutiny in order to put saucynugs in charge, the revolt was quickly and violently quashed.
