11s on the little hill next to the bottom cul-de-sac. Merkins at the bottom, squats at the top, bear crawl up and jog down.

Moseyed to the parking lot. 11s from one into the parking lot to the other. Big boy sit ups at the bottom and SSH at the top.

Moved to the tennis court and played some frisbee.
Whamo frisbee: PAX took turns throwing the frisbee. Everyone ran to it while it was in the air, and once it landed, we bare, called the rest of the way. After a little, while we switch to lunges, instead of bear crawls.
Ultimate frisbee: split up in a two teams. The twos won 3 to 2.

Lawdog was 6th man and he was promoting his 8 year anniversary Q next week on Wednesday at Kodiak. He’s trying to get as many guys out as he can.
